Das Frühstück war für uns bestens. Top Lage zum Zentrum. Wir wurden durch Gabrielle sehr gut betreut. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet.

Madame Pucci è una struttura fantastica. Comodissima per spostarsi nel centro storico di Lucca. A pochi passi inoltre dalla stazione. E poi che dire della squisita gentilezza! Puliza impeccabile. Altro punto di forza molto silenzioso.

Me gustó todo en general. La cama muy cómoda y las almohadas que para mí es importante. El aseo impecable y limpio. La hubicacacion perfecta. El anfitrion un encanto, da gusto tratar con alguien así. Gracias Gabriel, te deseo lo mejor.

Location was excellent, staff was vey friendly.

The shower doors do not close properly and water leaks pinto the floor. Also, the rooms doorknob comes off, a screw is missing, and this can make it difficult to enter or leave the room.
