"Don’t expect much"

The facilities are great, the service was ok. They were not as friendly as I am used to. Being in a remote area I would’ve imagined that they want the customers to keep coming back. The site stated the the room would have a Mountain View, the view I got was a wall to the adjacent building. I had emailed the hotel asking to do something extra in the room for my daughter’s birthday and they never even acknowledged the request. I would look at other options before staying here again.

We like this casino but had issues when checking out. They charged us for the room we had already paid for. They were able to fix the issue but we had to wait a while for that to happen. The staff was very kind and pleasant throughout this process. I’m hoping this can be avoided in the future.

Staff was extremely professional and friendly. Casino and hotel are all smoke free inside, which was a huge plus for us, and would be a reason to stay again. Property is clean and well-maintained. Very pleasant stay!

I WOULD SAY THE POOL QAS OUR FAVORITE THE STAFF WAS GREAT ONLY PROBEM WAS THE COFFEE HOUSE COFFEE WAS COLD AND THE SALES LADY GAVE US THE WRONG MUFFIN THIS AM I GOT BACK TO OUR ROOM AND DISCOVERED SHE MADE THE MISTAKE I HAD TO WALK 3 FLOORS TO GET THIE RIGHT MUFFIN SHE WAS VERY SNOTTY AZND JUST EXCHANGED THE CINNOMON ROLL FOR A ROCKY ROAD MUFFIN I WOULDNT OF GIVEN HER A TIP IF I HAD KNOWN HOW BAD HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS
