Beautiful room - excellent location

The location was perfect and I loved the terrace overlooking the main square.

Great location for seeing the town square and surrounding shops and restaurants although can't park close to property as its pedestrian area

Good directions to parking area but would like to have known could drop the bags closer before parking the car, rather than trolley suitcase through the village

My wife and I went to Marzamemi for 4 days as part of our 11-day trip to Sicily to celebrate mi wife's birthday and our anniversary and we're so glad we picked this hotel. The property is located right on the main plaza among historic buildings, restaurants, bars, shops, and a few steps to the ocean. The views from the hotel's rooftop (second story) are magnificent, breath taking, views of the quaint town and the ocean, and you get to have breakfast right there every morning. If you want, you may take a bottle of wine and food to the roof during sunset or at any time, and you can even order local specialties and local wine to do that. Giada will take care of the details for you. She was incredibly helpful, always willing to assist, doing everything at her disposal to make our stay more memorable, and she succeeded.

Right in the middle of Marzamemi old town square (no cars allowed), it is simple and comfortable B&B. It has a beautiful view from the terrace where you can have breakfast (basic but ok). Beware, no elevator and one flight of stairs for the rooms.

Cleanliness and proximity to the beach

La struttura nasce ovviamente per una vacanza di mare. Ottima la vicinanza alla famosa piazzetta. Accuratissime le indicazioni ricevute per raggiungere la struttura (che si trova ovviamente in ZTL). Nulla da dire sulla colazione , ottimo il buffet con prodotti preparati "in casa" e la terrazza è a dir poco una favola ! Accoglienza davvero ottima e premurosa sotto tutti i punti di vista . Comodissima la camera (magari la tv è un po' piccola e nascosta dalla lettiera) e dotata di ogni confort. Nessuna critica.

Everything was perfect. The room was lovely with a great view. Nice shower, good bed. Nice when you open the windows you feel part of the little village of Marzamemi. Delicious breakfast, everything so freshly made and wonderful experience to have it on the roof top terrace. Would definitely come back! Thank you Giada!
