Beautiful view, excellent facilities and Franca is charming

Great location

Lots of stairs- I don’t mind, but some might.

What a fantastic location. Right in the heart of Tropea. Walking distance to the whole town. The view was the highlight! Franca was so welcoming and helped with parking instructions, great breakfasts and exceptionally clean.

Great location right at one of the Piazzas - great view over ciry and sea and very close to Beaches and the historic district - it is right in it :-) Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Bi daily cleaning.

The entrance into the building from the street is a bit strange - like you enter a Basement or a garage - a bit smelly. But once you get to first floor the smell is completely gone and it changes into a very modern, well equipped building with an excellent host and all the comfort expected.

The amazing location and views from the balcony as well as the incredible and functional double glazed window and doors which blocked out all the noise of the main streets below when closed. It was also lovely to have the breakfast across the road included in our room cost, where they had lovely helpful staff and delicious food.

Nothing, it’s such a good value little apartment. Try to book the one right at the front on the end.

La atención de Franca, muy amable en todo momento y la ubicación.

El olor en planta baja, una mezcla de humedad y a baño. Creo que con algún ventilador o difusor podrían solucionarlo, en parte, aunque sea. Eso levantaría aún más la puntuación

La vue des terrasses est à couper le souffle les chambres parfaitement aménagées. Franca est adorable et aux petits soins, seul petit bémol les escaliers pour monter jusqu’aux chambres et les pigeons quand on petit déjeune en extérieur (peu de places dans la salle). Mais nous n’avons rien à redire de manière générale, nous avons passé un sublime séjour ! Merci Franca !!!!
