Il Duca

Il Duca b&b is in the perfect location . It has a balcony which you can sit out on & enjoy the amazing view of the ocean & the town centre which is directly down stairs. Luggage can be a little awkward to get to the top of the many stairs but worth it ! The bed & pillows are comfortable & room itself spacious . Our host Sonia was fantastic she organised a taxi for us from the train station which although is walking distance would not have been ideal with all our heavy luggage . Lots of wonderful cafe’s & restaurants to choose from . Highly recommend staying here !

We are return guest to Il Duca after staying at the location in 2023. Perfect for couples who want to be close to the centre of town with easy access to the beach - great location.

The location was great

The host was grumpy and not very helpful. The room could have done with a good deep clean especially the floors!

Me encantó!! La ubicación es la mejor de Tropea, la vista desde el balcón soñada, tal cual se ve en las fotos, no tiene precio! La atención de Sonia y Franca excelente; las habitaciones son bellísimas y muy cómodas, el desayuno muy completo. Maravilloso todo! Lástima que solo pudimos estar dos noches pero las aprovechamos al máximo. La playa está enfrente y te proveen de sombrilla, toallas para la playa y una conservadora para mantener frescas las bebidas. Recomiendo alojarse en Il Duca! Volveré en cuanto pueda. Es todo lo que está bien.

A Hidden Gem in Tropea 🌟 Our stay at Il Duca Hotel was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. Sonya went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always with a smile. Franca greeted us with warmth and made sure we felt right at home in the beautiful surroundings of Tropea. The hotel itself is charming, with stunning views and a perfect mix of comfort and character. The staff made our experience unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone visiting

Posizione impagabile con un balconcino stupendo da dove godersi il panorama. Camera ampia, molto pulita. Borsa frigo, ombrello e e teli mare a disposizione per gli ospiti.

Per noi non è stato un problema ma va segnalato per chi avesse difficoltà che c'è una scala ripida con gradini alti da fare.
