Dos funcionários da limpeza. De resto, principalmente, o gestor, péssimo. Arrogante, prepotente, intimida mulheres, mães solos, quis me estorquir com valor a maior do contemplado pela plataforma booking. Enfim, sem mais.

Gerente, chefe de sei lá o que... Grosso, insolente, prepotente, causando na recepção, diante de outros hóspedes, constrangendo meu filho menor,...um dissabor fora da curva. Providências. Solicito providenciando da plataforma, mediante constrangimento causado pelo então cidadão gestor, que se dizia dono da pousada. Lastimável.
