We had a long delay of our arrival because of a huge traffic jam, so we got to the hotel late. There was noone at the hotel for check-in, no answer to our Email and noone picked up the phone. So the 24 h service as advertised for sure was not provided. Eventually we had to get ourselves a room in another hotel. After the vacation the same thing: We sent a notification via the hotels.com chat assistant, but got no answer.
