Breakwater Hotel

I loved the proximity to the ocean(across the street) and Ptown(less than 2 miles). The room was immaculate and comfortable, and when asked for a blanket, Jen simply asked what size bed I had and promptly returned with one. The designated beachfront area with Adirondack chairs was the perfect morning wake up spot before strolling down the beach collecting sea glass and horseshoe crab spines. Proximity to other beaches such as Ballston and Head of the Meadow also make this a prime location.

I do wish my room had a tub but was informed there is a suite available with one, so that will likely be my next stay. It would have been nice to have a steam or sauna on site, but otherwise a good value. Another guest did behave inappropriately towards me at breakfast but staff were quick to show concern, even offering to escort me back to my room.

I liked everything, the room was very nice as was the breakfast.

I did not like the small bathroom and sometimes noisy neighbors. In fact, one of the neighbors in room 21 vomited outside my door in full view. This is no fault of the hotel, just inconsiderate people.

The location was amazing. I traveled with my wife to Provincetown after our wedding and it was just so romantic to wake up with a view for the ocean and have breakfast by the water. It was also super close to downtown, like a 6min drive, so it was lovely for having dinner and exploring. The room was very comfortable, with everything we needed and the staff was attentive.

There was nothing we didn't like! But if there's space for suggestions, it would be nice to have more options for breakfast, such as something warm.

Bathroom size was a little small. Breakfast options were limited. I guess that is because lot of guests were taking food to room or having it outside there room on patio sets and they did not want too much mess

Good breakfast…unfortunately I came down with a stomach bug. Everyone was kind and understanding.

The breakfast was good. The hotel served our purpose perfectly.
