The staff were friendly and the location was great

The room was dusty, and the floors hadn't been cleaned in months by the looks of it. The toilet flush had stopped working. The curtains were half-hanging off the rails. The windows are not soundproof so you can hear cars all night which is a nightmare when you have a toddler.

Красивый отель центре города. Хороший завтрак. После замены номера все было прекрасно.

Изначально был предоставлен номер меньше и проще забронированного. На следующий день персонал это исправил и меня переселили в тот номер который я бронировал. Далее все было прекрасно. Так же была накладка с трансфером от аэропорта до отеля, нас было в компании семь человек о чем я предупреждала в письме при оплате трансфера, но приехала шестиместная машина...
