"Good"

This place is worn out. Furniture is in poor shape. No closet but has hanging bar which was falling out of the wall. So was the towel rack in the bath area. TV and HVAC worked OK. WiFi was intermittent. Secured but did not always worked. The place has many welfare cases living there. Kids were everywhere Cheap, but you get what you paid for.

ROUGH! Don't know if this is a drug dealing den, prostitution den, low income houseing or simply owners wanting to maximize cash flow from the property with very little reinvested. First place in many many years where I did not feel safe.
