Older building, carpet was nasty, parts of ceiling had hanging plaster, tub older and not cleaned well, may have been the best they could do with older tub.

I loved, loved the pillows, mattress and softness of the sheets! I have neck issues and have been through a million pillows at home, and always travel with my own but forgot it!! So I had to use one of of theirs and for the first time in a long time, did not have neck pain in the morning! Really quiet, too. Will definitely stay there again!
