Did not eat . Location was ok

Where do we start! First the fire alarm chirped so had to go to main desk at midnight guy came with ladder could not fix so pulled wires out to disconnect so pretty much sure that was not up to code no electrical outlets work except for bathroom wifi was not working got upto go to bathroom during night and water on bathroom floor due to sink leaking in morning tv did not work so we unplugged afraid of fire other than that it was a place to sleep . I would really appreciate a discount or refund. Think maybe the better business bureau would be interested.

ok sure i had to go to a store buy hardware and tools to fix the bathroom for my family to stay in while were there for 4 days and gm said they put a work order in for a few months back to get it fixed the pool had steps missing in the ladder to get in and out the other steps were loose i turned the bolts in with my finger to try and help out that place is a one step away from a lawsuit on our last stay the front desk person wouldnt stock the breakfast bar till everyone walked away will never go back we would sleep in our car before that and the place is run on powerstrips the microwave burned up the one in our room and wouldve been a fire hazard if we wouldve not of caught by the microwave going off and on by its self

i would like my money back for one njght for the work i put into the place to make it somewhat liveable for our stay

quick and easy check in. Rooms were dated and the security lock on our door was missing but it was clean and breakfast was well supplied. Only complaint was that the smoking area was immediately outside the door so that you had to walk through a gauntlet of smoking to enter the hotel.
