Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Breakfast was not very good. Runny eggs and even the apple juice was warm. The water from the shower built up in the tub and didn't drain until after turning off the water in my room. The lack of stairs and confusion of the stairs were awful. I have never been to a hotel where the line for the elevator extended into the lobby. Trying to get on the elevator from other floors was rediculous. If you tried using the stairs, you can only go down to the third floor and that caused confusion. We had one of the service ladies take us down the service elevator. Totally rediculous.

Breakfast was great! A good selection of food. I especially like staying here because of the close location to Truist Park home of the Braves!

I got locked into the parking garage because I had already turned in my keys. I suggested to the staff to let customers know to keep their keys to get out of the parking garage, then return them upon check out.
