Goodnight Poshtel

This is an exceptional hotel. It is managed meticulously by the wonderful Ms Chin, a kind, caring and helpful lady. On check-in I was given a delicious welcome drink and on Chinese New Year’s Day I was very kindly given a traditional gift. My immaculate 3rd floor room (301) was spotlessly clean, well appointed, bright and sunny. The location was perfect too being just a very short walk from many eateries, an interesting local food market (great for breakfasts) and other amenities including a convenient self-service laundry and 7-11 stores. It is also only a fairly short easy walk to the local bus/van station. Goodnight Poshtel was a 'home from home'. It offers everything that the discerning traveller may need. I cannot recommend it highly enough and without hesitation I would stay here again. So thank you Ms Chin for being such a wonderful host! My stay was perfect and l enjoyed my time in Hat Yai all the more thanks to you and your team.

As previous reviews indicated, Chin is an awesome lady and host. She was so welcoming and helpful including recommendations for dinner and morning dim sum and reasonably priced taxi service for our onward journey. I would definitely recommend Goodnight!!

Very goood service

The front desk was really welcoming & helpful. She’s always smiling & offered assistance to our luggage. She’s also quite helpful in providing us info on surrounding shops & such.

A cosy small hotel stylishly decorated with an amazing Chin in charge. Nothing is too much trouble. We felt safe there as the front door is auto locked. No night person to provide security. The hotel has 8 rooms only on the second and third floor. There is no lift.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Walkable distance to get food and etc…

Very warm hospitality in this townhome turned into poshtel. Good Wi-Fi and free Netflix account for you to enjoy. If you’d like to know where the locals eat, let the owner entertain you for that.

Room everything good.

The owner lady boss very friendly and nice .Can speak good English .The room super clean and comfortable .Just the location a bit far from town but it’s ok .Have Tuk Tuk .

20 mins away from the airport, this find is convenient to get to anywhere in the city center. Bothare AMAZINGLY TALENTED individuals!!! Their service is outstanding and personable! On the last night, my travel companion was craving for mango sticky rice and she even volunteered to drive her out just to hunt for a good-tasting one! Apparently, it's something she practices for the guests because she just wants too! Did you know that the design and decor of each room is different? From the colour palette, to the textures of the wall, THE COLOUR of the KETTLE in each room, THE COLOUR OF THE TISSUE BOX & also your bathroom amenities have ALL BEEN thoughtfully chosen and thought of by the owners?! MIND-BLOWN. Room is clean, wifi can be a little laggy but hey my Netflix was running pretty decent so I ain't complaining. Putting up at this accommodation was a great joy especially when this was my first trip to Hat Yai. Please don't forget to try the carrot cake at the counter / reception if you're staying here! The cream cheese is really yummy! Also, there's a little corner near the entrance that sells tote bags / t-shirts & woven bags (by an old lady) so if you're intending to spend your baht on your last day, it'll be great to purchase something to show a little support!
