La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Las Cruces Mesilla Valley

I was “give” three different rooms, the first room didn’t have a functioning card reader, the second room was missing the A/C controller, the room has hot and had a strong sense of urine. The third room was clean but also lacked and A/c controller. The front desk was nice about the situation but decided not to stay

Where to begin? Booked a king room, was given 2 queen bed room. TV doesn't work, room phone not operating to reach front desk, bed sheets stained, carpet floor was sticky, no fridge or microwave in room and ice machine don't work either. You get what you pay for, I get that, but save yourself the stress and pay a little extra somewhere else

Do not under any circumstances stay here. Spend more somewhere else. Very first impression which was check-in was great but rest of the stay became a nightmare. No AC in first room and moved to another room with loud AC, the sliding glass window open about 6 inches and ants in the bathroom. I did love the gigantic bed and clean sheets. You could fit 4 people in that bed!. I asked for a late check out (12pm) and they graciously obliged. When I went to check out I asked if i could store my backpack and purchases at the front desk for about 4 hours prior to my departure then I would pick up and depart the motel at 5:00. The manager obliged. When I returned, my backback along with my weekend purchases were nowhere to be found. Consequently I did hear from the Manager the next day and he promised my belongings would be mailed to me. I guess the manager had placed them supposedly in a secure place. Almost 2 weeks later they have not arrived. They have swore up and down they mailed my stuff but will not give me any confirmation information. Again, no staff member will provide me with shipping/mailing information so I can confirm it was mailed. Stay somewhere else. IF I receive my stuff I will update the review. 9-11-25

What Didn't I like Was That The TV In My Room Wasn't Working The Cable Channels Weren't Coming On It Was Frustrating Cuz Even Tho i Had Gotten The Room Kinda Late All I Wanted To Do Was Jus Lay Down An Watch TV So I Went to The Front desk To See If There Was Something we can do but there was noone i waited 10mins an went back to my room i endded up connecting the tv to the internet so i was able to watch Netflix but then the remote wasnt working an neither was the volume so i went back to the front again an nobody still so i just called it a night. I think it maybe time for new tvs or something cuz this isnt the first rime ive had problems with the tvs there. Thank you for your time other then that i had a great stay.

A/C in room noisy, clogged bathroom sink, no hot water, place in need of repar

I didnt like that i couldn't connect to the tv. Remote wasnt as shown on the tv and no phone in room to call for assistance on using the remote. Just didnt watch tv at all.

Overall the hotel is just a place to lay down and sleep. There is a desperate need for updates in the hotel and more people to work for that hotel.

Did not stay there after all, he said no hot water, no TV, so my husband and I left!!!
