"Hotel from hell"

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever been to, my husband and I got stranded here and got a reservation to stay the night. The lady up front was very sweet but as soon as we went into our room there were some major problems: the ac did not work, the smoke detector was ripped out of the wall, the back door did not lock at all, there was an ant problem, and the paint was peeling in the bathroom and the tub was so slippery I almost fell multiple times. There was also no drinking water in the venting machines and the breakfast was picked over by 8. It was extremely sketchy to spend the night there. I would recommend going down the street to another hotel then even stepping foot into this one

This was a terrible experience. Nothing was immediately fixed because we were told that staff is not showing up for work. The pool was under repair. Worst experience of our lives. Also floor level back entrance was not lockable. Security was nonexistent. Anyone could enter room hallways. Brea Kia st was a joke, bagels and bread old and toaster broken. Need I say more

"Never again"

The ac in my room never got cold, the toilet flush handle was broke and a previous customer must of used the hairdryer to heat up there heroin because there was a metal hook in the back of the hairdryer that had tinfoil attached to it with a black substance on it I ended up throwing the tinfoil in the trash so my 14 year old daughter wouldn't see it and door frame was kicked in and broke at one point and never fixed

Horrible !!! Rooms are very dirty all around the hotel has homeless and not safe. Hallways and stairs are super dirty.
