"Top bunk unusable and a health hazard in the current state"

Advertised as a 2 bed apartment however upper bunk is virtually unusable as the ladder to the top bunk is broken. This is a serious health risk and unfortunately whilst trying to get down from the top bunk, the ladder slipped and I fell onto the floor, sustaining an injury.
