It was clean

Close to the venue we visited for an event.

Needs a LOT of work like new paint, new towels, more comfortable beds and bedding.

We started calling it the Wyndump. Sorely in need of a lot of maintenance. Room HVAC and bathroom fan were incredibly loud.

We checked into the room and immediately wanted to leave. There was a dirty sock in the corner of the room, a used bar of soap in the shower and hair on the floor as well as in the shower. For over $200 per night, I would hope for better.

Easy access fast checkin

Room had unclean order, grounds are distressed and covered with cigarette butts from the employees (constantly taking cigarette breaks outside), staff uninformed of area including dining options, flagpole in tree with damaged flags.

Property has been neglected and needs to be better maintained. Trash, overgrown weeds, broken glass and animal waste observed throughout the parking lot. Wall coverings peeling in parts of the corridors. Case goods in rooms were old, scuffed up and some pieces didn’t work well together (such as oversized desk chair which doesn’t fit under the desk). Our room door had a visible gap from floor to ceiling resulting in excessive noise from the corridor. Housekeeping attempted entry several times times hours before scheduled checkout and barged inside once without even knocking. Free breakfast lacks a number of typical basic condiments (like different coffee sweeteners other than white sugar). On the plus side check-in was smooth and friendly—and we were allowed to check in a little early.

The price seemed reasonable

On arriving and walking through the lobby to the elevators, my wife’s expressions changed dramatically. The place was dirty. The walls were tore up in the rooms were exactly the same toilet was not bolted to the floor. The staff was rude. I think it’s the owner as he seemed to stay there 24 seven and there was no hot water for showers. This was a terrible place to stay. We are currently seeking our second night of a two nights stay because we couldn’t stay a second night it was that bad.
