Villa Samalas Resort and Restaurant

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful place Villa Samalas in Gili Meno, where the very friendly staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The bungalows were nice, and there was a small restaurant, as well as a good and quiet beach. Everything lived up to the expectations one would have for a vacation. The wifi worked very well in the room. I would highly recommend this place and would love to visit again. Thank you!

This place is amazing. The staff is very kind and help in any request. The room is very clean, cozy and comfortable, 2 minutes from the beach. You can get a bed in the beach as well. Powerful Wi-Fi. The best is...no TV which in my opinion is way better to be in contact with your family and nature. I almost forget it, the breakfast was amazing. I will come back with my family.

The stay at samalas was extraordinarily heart warming. Everyone there is super friendly but at the same time attentive and modest, they helped me a lot so that my stay, snorkeling and transport etc. would be comfortable and easy. The room is very clean, tranquil and bright, which I loved very much. If you are looking for a cozy homelike base in Meno, this is definitely the one. Thank you so much, team Samalas :)

Nice villas, but for that price it could have some amenities, like shampoo, showerl gel. Also the curtains are very thin so if you are light sleeper you need to use eye cover cause there is a lot of light in night. Staff is very nice, helpful, bed is comfy, room is clean, breakfast is tasty and big.

For that price it could have a bit more maintenance and amenities

Calm location at the north of the island. The staff were great. Perfect breakfasts. Good starting location for snorkeling.

The room itself was clean spacious and private. There was always staff there who were helpful when asked.

There were times when I felt like the staff members either didn't understand what I was saying or didn't know how to respond to my requests. I didn't feel comfortable or welcomed right off the bat upon arrival. The location was also pretty remote, far away from the harbour and the statues.

Absolutely perfect! Lovely, spacious cottage with a private little garden. Close to the beach, where comfy beds await in the shade of a tree. The staff are lovely. We booked an amazing snorkeling tour through mr. Opin. We'd love to come back one day for an extended stay at Gili Meno!

We loved this accommodation, in a perfect quiet location at the top of the island. Good for walking to either side. Very quiet room, super king bed, Sun loungers on beach for guests. Extremely helpful and friendly manager and staff. The breakfast was excellent, very light fluffy pancakes and healthy omelettes, and delicious fruit platters (other options too) good coffee.
