"Don’t trust the good reviews or photos"

- Perfect location in Thamel - Late check in available

- Unable to lock door but didn’t realise this until the morning. The door would unlock without the key card, even if double locked. - Bed so soft that I couldn’t sit on it without my feet being up at shoulder level. - Only one single duvet provided across the bottom of a king bed. - When I informed the staff in the morning about the door, I was ignored. Tried to charge me 1000 rupees more than the price on booking.com. - I live in Nepal and know what to expect from hotels here but this was unfortunately the worst experience I’ve had.

I liked everything about hotel bihani. Mainly staff and location. The location of this hotel is just more than amazing as it is located at the center of the thamel where we could get easy access to resturants, groceries and club. Hospitality of hotel bihani amazed me as the staffs were really friendly and helpful, even though its my first stay at this hotel, i felt like a home. i will visit this hotel everytime i come back to nepal forsure and gonna recommend it to everyone, Highly recommended. one of the best hotel i ever stayed. 5\5 star to this amazing hotel bihani.
