Staff is the best, cleanliness, location

-We should have been advised when we boom that there is additional 2% charge for credit card payments. -4 out of 6 rooms had airconditioning issues but were also resolved -No place to eat in. -Water from bathroom keeps getting out, floor get flooded. I suggest to put rubber stopper.

"Has everything you need for a nice stay in Da Nang."

The front desk staff were very accommodating with luggage storage and early check-in. Locations is great!

Not a fan of the opaque glass that separates the toilet from the bed. Would rather have it a bit less exposed, but that’s just me. :)
