"Wenn wir wieder in Phoenix sind, dann im gerne wider!"

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Embassy Suites aber es ist ein wirklich schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Phoenix. Es gibt anliegende Parkmöglichkeiten und die Lobby ist sehr beeindruckend. Man wird beim Einchecken im Zimmer begrüßt und die Aussicht war ein Traum!

Das Frühstück war gut wenn man es amerikanisch mag. Hier hätte ich mir etwas bessere Qualität gewünscht.

"The stay was okay."

Property is fine.

Nothing to dislike about the property. The room on the other hand was just not it! There are spots that look like mold in the restroom, I wiped down a few sections with Clorox wipes and the surface was very much dirty!

The location was excellent and close to the hospital that I had an appointment at the next morning. Also, the evening staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get the lower rate for parking as we were only in Phoenix for the doctor’s appointment. We were also told that we could have gotten a discount rate had we not booked through Booking.com. I wish we would have known that so we could have gotten a lower rate.

It was a little disconcerting that maintenance knocked on our door in the evening to address a light bulb that they said was reported earlier in the day by aid service. All of our lights were working. We also had a water leak that saturated the carpet on the room side of the shower. We told the front desk at check-out and he said “sorry” and then gave us a paper bag with 2 waters in it. I guess people who go through Booking.com don’t get those at check-in.

Solid location. Breakfast was great. Pool is heated and for the most part clean.

Carpet filthy. Everything is worn out and used up. Staff is too comfortable, way too casual with dress, behavior, service and mannerism.
