旁邊設有自己的小停車場，若停滿的話需要到廣東街上的特約停車場，必須先去櫃檯詢問並拿遙控器才能進入，入住的流程很快速，工作人員的服務也相當親切，這裡的地理位置相當棒，前往正氣路僅僅一個路口的距離，房間的寬敞度與舒適度也都很喜歡，尤其旅客來到台東經常是長途跋涉，很需要好好休息恢復體力，這裡的床真的很棒可以好好睡覺，一樓也有提供茶包與咖啡可以自由使用，如果有外帶東西回來吃，可以在一樓的公共空間享用，早餐則是與附近的丹堤咖啡特約，持券至丹堤咖啡用餐。

隔音還有加強的空間，尤其是浴室的水聲很明顯。
