Séjour très décevant dans cet hôtel. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour cinq personnes, mais à notre arrivée, il manquait les draps et équipements pour la cinquième personne. Lorsque nous avons demandé à ce que cela soit corrigé, le personnel a refusé sans paiement supplémentaire, alors même que la réservation incluait clairement cinq personnes. Autre problème au moment du check-out : une serviette légèrement tachée par de la crème a été facturée en supplément. Nous avons refusé, trouvant cela abusif, et avons dû la laver nous-mêmes. Enfin, après le check-out, il est impossible d’utiliser les serviettes de piscine, même pour profiter des dernières heures sur place. Nous avons donc dû aller à la piscine sans serviettes, ce qui est assez incompréhensible pour un établissement de ce type. Globalement, le personnel manque clairement de professionnalisme et de sens du service. L’accueil est froid et peu arrangeant. Une expérience client très décevante que nous ne recommandons pas.

Alles war gut, nur würde ich denn Roller nicht mehr mieten bei den Type der HINTER das Resort seine Roller vermietet. Der hat uns regelrecht bestohlen. 😖

ILThe only positives were the beautiful beach and the pool area
Very disappointing stay. We were charged an extra 1000 THB just for a blanket and two pillows. There are no restaurants in the area, and the beach restaurant is very expensive with food that looks nice but doesn’t taste good. The worst part was the room – the bed sheets had bed bugs and we woke up with bites all over our bodies.

Das Hotel ist nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Der Zugang zum Restaurant ist über eine Rampe möglich, aber man muss durch Gartenanlage zur Rückseite an das Restaurant fahren um die Rampe zu erreichen. Die Gartenanlage ist nur sehr schwer mit Hilfe mit einem Rollstuhl zu befahren.
