"Hood except the front office staff"

The facilities are beautiful, clean and mothers. The front desk staff were not friendly and not attentive. Especially the lady when we checked in.

They scam me ..they charge after I left the hotel 300$ bc they say I was smoking inside the room I just saw that in my credit card after 2 days from I left when I call them they close the line

I found the staff and fellow guests to be very polite. I appreciated the toned down quiet conversations in the breakfast room. And it was nice to see the floors being mopped regularly. I liked that there were real dishes and cutlery available. There was no rush about closing the dining room which was kept clean and restocked. The beds were very comfortable.

Our sofabed was not comfortable enough for sleeping. One of the two beds had a stained sheet on it but they quickly replaced it when notified. We had to pay full price for underground parking $32.00 but the area was not secure as the gates were missing.
