A good place to stay

Dirty room and restroom. Strong smell of cigar on a “non smoking room” Don’t waste your money here.

The location is in a great area.

From start to finish this place is a disaster. I made the reservation online and it specifically stated that there wouldn’t be any additional fees. When I arrive I am told I owe a $50 for incidentals, which is ok, but I expected. I have multiple ways of giving them the deposit and they turned down different options where I could use my phone and they could actually enter the information into the system if they wanted to get the money. They preferred cash or a physical card which I think is unacceptable and not up your modern ways of paying for things. I eventually just get cash only because I wanted to go to my room. I have a friend that visits. He has a $5,000, non shedding and trained 12 week old puppy. Who just sat on the leather couch the entire time. As we go to checkout 3 of the workers are at the door explaining about a non-pet policy which is ok. So I said keep the deposit as they have done multiple times which from now after booking rooms multiple times I have realized the lazy housekeeper was telling the front office that the room was left dirty and they were keeping the deposit. One of the employees tells that o am no longer allowed to rent, because of the puppy, which is ok and a joke. Well the joke is on them, because my engineering company that is literally located across from them will no longer have our clients staying there either and oh my friend with the puppy who is a multi-millionaire and business owner will have a few things he is going to do to as far as their mostly and always abandoned business. I wish them luck and there is only 20 more motel / hotels within a small radius of their location. Lol classless.

I stayed 3 days at this hotel. I had a good stay without any problems. After I got up I had breakfast and went out for the day. The breakfast choices weren't that big but I had a good filling breakfast before I went out.

Clean Rooms. Good Service.

Location, coffee @ breakfast bar, quiet location with open space to the north (security, visibility), helpful staff. Have stayed in other lower priced motels in the area and this is far better than the others.

Scratchy towels, but if you want plush towels there's a $435.00 a night place on I-10.

Value for money, location

Bed a bit firm, and it had an oil canning sound when I got into bed.

It was good enough. Room was big. Towels were nice. Lots of channels on TV.

Room was dated, not as pictured. Sheets and bedding had rips and holes. Mystery stains on the walls. They also told me in my special requests I could have a certain room and when I got there they tried charging me double. Paper thin walls could hear men all throughout the night
