Wonderful location right on harbor across from city dock. Staff is very welcoming

Restaurant is building two restaurants and a roof top deck so construction issues. But it will be wonderful in the spring. In the meantime it was still great

Unfortunately when I got there I was told the room I reserved was unavailable due to a water leak. We were greatly disappointed as we were celebrating our anniversary. We were given a $50 refun bu it was still disappointing. We did see other patrons sitting on the balconies to the same style room we reserved.

Beautiful location, big rooms

Centrally located hotel on the the Annapolis Waterfront. A short walk to many bars and restaurants .

A delightful hotel! The "waterfront" label is spot on; just look at the picture. And to take max advantage of the location, SPLURGE: Get a room with a waterfront-view balcony. In our case, although the balcony was delightful, it was on the other side of a see-through, talk-through, overhear-through divider. We chatted a bit with our neighbors, then lowered our voice volume to achieve privacy without giving up the beguiling view. More: The bathroom was on the small side, but well-equipped. We had two queen beds in the room vs. one king, but the kings (maybe one was left, if that) offered no balconies. The queen was fine; good mattress and bed linens. As almost always at any Marriott destination, the well-trained Marriott staff was cheerful and helpful. Parking was easy and the car stayed parked. The hotel's location makes it easy to walk almost anywhere in the city, on the water excepted. As for food, the resto was undergoing renovation. The folks who own the hotel apparently own or at least have close relationships with three nearby restos, one of which was doing gangbuster business; the other two had not yet opened. Bottom line: Stay here!!!

Zach greeted us! Made us feel very welcome! Kyle did a great job with the check-in process! There was a gentleman that insured our room was perfect prior to arrival, his name began with a D…. The accommodations are fantastic! Enjoying our stay.
