Residence Inn Bakersfield

Great stay, location, restaurants across the street, gas stations, friendly staff, great property to walk around, massive breakfast, comfy rooms, clean etc. It was a business and pleasure trip, great location to drive around California and the hotel made it possible.

Not much

Room was spacious and ready for our overnight trip. It was clean but I think housekeeping forgot to clean the toilet 🙄 The mattress needs to be replaced. Appears to be dipping in the center.

I like the layout of the property and where our room was located. Loved the dog friendly amenities like the welcome message and treats in the lobby, the dog park onsite, and the multiple dog potty stations. The in-house breakfast was outstanding!

The room was a little beat up from normal wear and tear which would not affect a decision to book the same hotel again in the future because it was very clean. I didn’t like that my snail buddy got squished the morning we checked out.

Went on a weekend getaway with my wife. Staff was super friendly, professional and nice. Loved it

Hospitality is excellent. You can see the staff are trying hard to make the place pleasant & comfortable for the guests. We are staying in two-bedroom suite& it’s very much worth the price.

Room was large and clean. The breakfast was quite good.

Location wasn’t great for us. Quite a long drive from from the family we were visiting. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows weren’t very comfortable. And we heard loud gas powered leaf blower outside our room late in the evening.
