I booked on booking.com, arrived, and a sign said there were no vacancies.

Our bedding on both beds was dirty upon arrival. We notified the 2 employees at the front desk & we were told the cleaning lady was still doing laundry but they would get us clean ones when they were done. They did not. The floor was sticky and the bathroom ceiling was moldy and honestly I was scared there would be bugs.

The room space was well. The receiving process was ok. Room facilities were in size well but its smell was not good.

The cigarette smell in the room was not good. The outside hall cleaness in the front of the rooms was not good; several quantity of sand and dust were identified.

The bed was comfortable and the room was on the main floor. The room was comfortable and it was easy for me to get into my room without bothering other people. The person at the front desk was very friendly

There was a draft under the door, the paint was peeling in the tub, and the floors were a little dirty. The one light by the bed did not work.

The manager was lovely, I've stayed there quiet a few times and the staff are friendly and helpful, it's like home from home.

The rooms are different, some have a settee and some have just a chair, I prefer the rooms with a settee.

The facilities are better quality than most other “hotels”for the same price or more. This actually felt like a 3 star hotel for an affordable price. I They have an outside pool area which would be nice in the summer. Parking all around the hotel for a more direct and private entrance. They extended my check out until 12 and staff was kind and quick. They included breakfast which has a range of sausage, egg, cheese croissantwich from jimmy dean, self fresh made waffles, bagels, cream cheese, cereal and machine juice/coffee. Really great ❤️ The room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed and a two seater sofa. Channels on the tv were decent but not smart tvs or microwave inside the room. However they provide you with a coffee machine, there is vending machine and ice machine. The bath/shower were nothing special but overall the place was decent and I’m more than happy with it. Toilet did clog up a bit. PS. The King room does not include the jacuzzi in it that’s a separate room that you can only request directly with the hotel. I had a surprise when I walked into my room and found no such jacuzzi.

Nothing bad I liked it a lot and had a lot of parking all around the property. Maybe that it didn’t seem like there was a lot around the hotel.
