Quality Inn Conway - Greenbrier

Hotel was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good. Front desk was amazing even though remodeling was going on. Road in front is noisy if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel was great value for my one night stay on a business trip. The lobby was being remodeled but they still provided coffee (including decaf) all the time and a good breakfast. The traffic noise might be a problem for a light sleeper.

construction going on, room smelled badly, it was a handicapped room, which was fine however, for someone handicapped, getting on and off the commode was impossible, much to low to be handicapped! Still having having spasms in my side from the pain of trying to raise up!

Great place. Period. Even better, considering the price was so low.

Bathroom needed more attention.

Check in took forever-- just moving slow. Maid walked in without knocking--she did apologize. Next day the maid couldn't understand when we told her she didn't need to clean. Our keys didn't work deck d day requiring trip to office (fixed quickly). On busy street and driveway is ridiculously steep.

Had a nice overnight stay. We will stay here again and would recommend to others.

Nice property. Free breakfast was very good with lots of options. Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable. We requested a first floor room when we made our reservation, and we got a first floor room. Room could use a few more electrical outlets!

Booked room from McDonald's next door. Hotel looked nice & to our liking. Staff really nice to get a room on ground floor as stairs hard for us. Bathroom had no bath mat. I had to use my towel & felt really bad standing on it. They do a really nice breakfast. Staff all very friendly & helpful.
