Quality Inn Conway - Greenbrier

I have stayed there many times passing thru, Have not been there since Covid Lock Down. Not as clean or taken care of as in the past. Room smelled, bath room door had hole burned in it from heat lamp, about a 3" half circle, heat lamp did not work. Paint on door facings were scratched like a door or cat had been closed up in there. Breakfast was dry cereal with no milk, a pan cake machine with no dough in it. Left over dry crumbling bisquits with gravy. This is not even a 2nd class room. This has to be a new owner or manager. Already looking for another place to stay in future.

Quiet, interesting looking rocks out the back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being a single senior, they made sure I felt safe.

The family that runs this property are extremely nice and welcoming. The room was clean and had no issues. They only negative I have is that they do not have any type of laundry facility. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

This room should not be rented out. Holes in tub and it wouldn’t drain. Fan missing from ceiling in bathroom, just a hole. Smoking room which we didn’t want. Smelled terrible. No room service. They took our towels and never replaced them. Will never stay there again.

Basic, inexpensive, fairly clean place to stay for a night while traveling. Easy access to the highway and restaurants.

New owners are amazing. Had a good conversation with the son and they are doing great things to the place. I do recommend more options for breakfast but other than that, it was great

We stayed here overnight and we slept good it was cleaner than some we have been in on the trip. I would give it an eight overall.
