PREMIER SUITES Antwerp

De locatie is perfect, de bedden liggen prima maar wel zachte kussens. Wij hadden een suite en de keuken en het zitje waren fijn om te hebben. De badkamer is niet groot, maar wel prima.

Ik liet iets vallen en zag onder het bed nog een slipje liggen en heel veel stof. Verder kon sowieso de gehele kamer wel iets schoner. Badkamer was wel proper.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Lage ist in einer Seitenstraße und das Parkhaus Diamant ist gleich nebenan. Das Parkhaus war sehr sauber und kostet 22€ die Nacht. Hier muss man sich nicht registrieren und seine Kontodaten hinterlegen. Das Frühstück war in Buffetform . Das Zimmer im 2. Stock war geräumig und sauber und hatte einen Balkon.

Das Bad. Dafür habe ich 2 Punkte abgezogen. Keine Steckdose, die Dusche in der Badewanne war sehr schmal. Die Armatur war abgebrochen und lag lose auf dem Wasserhahn. Der Überlauf war auch defekt und verrostet. Sonst war alles top für ein Kurztrip nach Antwerpen.

Hele fijne appartementen, ruim en comfortabel.

Staff was helpful

Very unfortunately, the rooms I have been given did not agree with what booked online, and by far and away! As I planned my stay with total 4 members of my family, I made a reservation for 4 adjunct rooms that, according to the specification on Booking.com, could be configured as a double-room suite. That's the only reason a have chosen this offer. Then, arriving at the hotel, I've been given keys to such a double-room suite: rooms 313 and 314. So far, so good. But then, to my greatest surprise and tremendous embarrassment, I've discovers that one of those room was already occupied! The staff (his name was Sunil) was helpful, and I was given a replacement room instead, but it was absolutely unacceptable and intolerable, as the two rooms, now were not event on the same floor. It spoiled the whole purpose of my reservation. I had not been given any acceptable explanation, although I have my suspicions, but it doesn’t really matter, does it? The offer I was given was unquestionably not the product I had booked and payed for. Hence, it is my definite wish to request Booking.com to reimburse me half the price that I have paid for this reservation. Clearly, you’re absolutely free to investigate the matter on your own along with the Premier Suites establishment. After that, please return the questionable amount to my bank account, from which the initial payment was carried out.
