Studio bien équipé et aménagé

Un très fort bruit provenant de la ventilation s'est fait entendre toute la nuit m'empêchant de dormir une bonne partie de la nuit. J'ai écourté mon séjour et aurait apprécié un remboursement de la seconde nuit mais j'ai été complètement ignoré par le service client. Très décevant !
