Absolutely lovely, spacious rooms with great amenities. The atmosphere of the water tower was truly inspiring. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

Not all positives though — we were terrified by two fire alarms, one of which went off at 1AM. No explanation, no apology letter, and no gesture of goodwill from the hotel, especially given that fire alarms seem to be a frequent occurrence there.

Die Lage sowie die Möglichkeit das Auto in einer Tiefgarage zu parken sind hervorragend. Der Ausblick über Köln ist ebenfalls sehenswert.

Leider sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unsere Fenster waren schlecht schliessbar und zudem sehr verschmutzt. Der Weg von der Tiefgarage ins Hotel ist sehr lang und nicht barrierefrei. Die Tiefgarage und das eigene Ampelsystem sind sehr "speziell" (Einfahrt = Ausfahrt). Ebenso wurde uns "Late-Checkout" gebucht, allerdings standen wir dann aufgrund eines Computerfehlers (kommt laut Personal häufiger vor) vor verschlossener Zimmertür... insgesamt für den Preis nicht empfehlenswert.
