Personable and professional staff. Clean facilities. Location. Good breakfast, brunch, and dinner.

Very clean and nicely decorated for the holiday

Pillows were very thin. When we asked for more, there were none. We also tried to sit down for breakfast and were never waited on.

Lobby was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Floor in the room was sticky. Floors need to be cleaned with a mop not just a swifter. Train noise and traffic was very loud. No breakfast with hotel stay.

Slamming doors all night n day

We flew in late. Were staying at Hard Rock for the week, but didn’t want to pay almost $300 for the first night when we wouldn’t even be checking in until 1am, so we opted for the Hilton Garden Inn the first quick nights stay, Very clean property. Lobby and public areas were nice and recently renovated. I thought the whole Place had been recently renovated, but we didn’t get a renovated room even though we booked direct thru Hilton. No big deal. Not super dated. Room was clean and adequate. Bed a bit too firm for my liking, though. Basically your standard Hilton Garden Inn property. Nothing too fancy, but not too shabby, either. Served its purpose and we got a good nights rest for a reasonable price of $100 for the night.
