Really nice place, friendly, clean enough, didn’t feel like a Marriott

Really, the location. Run down area, felt like a hard area of the city. Also, listing said “Parking”. It didn’t say parking was $80+taxes. That was a bummer.

Expensive. But that’s the cost for a good room in this area and it was competitively priced compared to other hotels of the same quality

Location wasn’t the greatest, had to walk a road or two to get to a safer area

I was only there for an evening but the location was good. had I stayed a whole weekend I would have explored the Mexican restaurant and Bar across the street. The Room was great the hotel was clean the staff was great.

My only complaint would be that the prices on mini bar was not clear that tax was not included, it may have stated it somewhere below but I did not see it. The wait staff for breakfast got my order wrong but they did everything they could to accommodate that mistake.

Location felt unsafe, with so many homeless people all around the hotel: breakfast was fine but not extraordinary. Also, it'd be good to at least have a water fountain available for guests

Nice staff, very welcoming and enthusiastic. I was expecting a buffet breakfast but it was off a fixed menu, which I didn't mind - the food was really good. The location is not the best, but close enough walking distance to the main SF areas. There are some dodgy streets just around the corner from there which we need to be careful of.

My room was dated and the carpet looked very dusty. The aircon was also quite loud. Creaky old elevators which sounded like they might break down any moment. Overall it did not live up to the Marriott Autograph Collection standard for me. There was a big queue at breakfast and quite mismanaged and people were skipping the queue and finding tables and those who waited patiently near the "wait here" sign weren't looked at. The staff did their best though and seemed very busy.
