"Had a black out which is out of everyone’s control but the action of worker James was appalling we got 2 hours sleep due"

Location was great near train and airport

The property was fine very bad experience with a staff member who abused and swore at us when we where under enough stress as it was

"Only there 7 hrs overnight but enjoyed comfortable stay"

Arrived at 9:45 pm and had to leave for the airport at 5:00am the next morning so had limited experience but the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and both front desk staff and (free) airport shuttle driver Were excellent.
