Coast Gateway Hotel

We wanted Something near the Airport and this was very convenient. The Hotel could use a bit of renovating. Everything was slightly worn. The breakfast was plastic wrapped and Not very appealing. The Shuttle Service was great and the staff were all super friendly. All in all, a bit Mixed.

1. Pretty much next to the Airport. 2. Only Hotel I have ever come across that have makeup wipes BONUS saved mine. 3. Awesome restaurant next door, food was great Spare Ribs were yum, alcohol also available. 4. Courtesy bus to pick up and drop off at Airport ANOTHER BIG BONUS 5. Oh, and Breakfast included in the price.

Air conditioner was a bit noisy, but hey, you don’t hear it when your asleep :)

Excellent sound proofing, despite bordering the airport. Excellent shuttle service. Fantastic external restaurant on the same property. Appreciated the solid to-go breakfast bag for our 5AM departure.

Clean and comfortable with minor signs of wear and tear.

2nd stay here from SFO. Close to airport,

My 1st original room on 3rd floor smelled awful, like old cigarette smoke as soon as I opened the door. Room was dark, Curtains were closed, and no a/c was running. Looked & smelled like it hadn’t been occupied in a while and was closed up tight. I immediately called the desk for a room exchange. No problem. Was given a room on 2nd floor, smell clean & fresh, curtains were open and room was bright.

Convenient

Shower water pressure too low.

Airport transportation was easy, breakfast was convenient before departing to airport. Room was small but comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

WiFi was not great. Road was noisy in the evening but quieted down after 11 PM.
