Quality Inn Ironwood

The pool was not super clean. Looked like mold around edges, same with hir tub

Never had such a comfortable bed. Enough cover too. We had a great rest. Thank you very much.

Our stay was amazing we had so much fun at the beautiful park near by we saw the whole city we loved the Kwik Trip next door the coffee was amazing 9/10 😎

Woulda been great to have selection of decaf teas. Originally out in the wrong room, grateful bumped to 115 so we had the two queens. Birthday cake waffles looked fun

I held the room with my credit card. I wanted to pay cash at checkout, and I was told over the phone, in a message from the hotel, and also in person when I checked in that I would be able to pay cash when I checked out, I just had to have my credit card on file during my stay. when I got up the morning of my checkout, a receipt had been put under the door of my room saying that they had charged my credit card for my stay! after being told three times I could pay cash, I was not happy that they charged my card. the wiring was also goofy in the room. my friend had her CPAP machine plugged into an outlet on one of the lamps, and it would not come on unless you turned the light switch on at the entry of the room. other outlets would not work unless a lamp was turned on.

The bathroom is dirty, tv remote is gross and has tape to hold it together...mirrors were dirty...overall gross...and the room smells found glass pieces in my sheets on the bed.
