No usb ports for charging in the rooms

The manager, Hannah Barresi and the evening front desk clerk, Guy. Your organization is truly lucky to have such talented associates/employees.

It is not a dislike, but a safety issue suggestion - I would suggest grab bars in the shower.

Everything but booking

Couldn’t find my booking until after I purchased another one, had to wait a while for my refund of one of the bookings

My room was clean. The staff very friendly and helpful.

I have no complaints.

The staff was exceptionally good and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. They were kind and extremely professional.

The breakfast had too little in it. It could have been a wider variety of things.

The check in person Joe was nice.

The walls are extremely thin. The captions on the television didn't work without a code they couldn't provide. My dog was feeling ill overnight and despite being at an end door next to an exit the doors were so loud I couldn't even go in and out without fear of complaints. It's very outdated for the price. The breakfast provided no cooked items. I have driven 6000 miles and stayed in dozens of hotels during my trip and this was the only one I wouldn't return to. Also they don't follow the American Disability Act having no elevator to access the second floor but maybe that's allowed in Idaho. The room did not have a bath tub and nothing to hold on to in the small shower.
