Location. Quiet.

No kettle or coffee making ability in rooms. You needed to put foam cups in the microwave. Keurig coffee in lobby was not available until 9am. Lobby was locked from 5pm- 9am. Even during "open" hours, had to enter lobby from main doors, not courtyard doors. Very short of bath towels. Had to wait all day or due without. Room smelled heavily of smoke ( non- smoking room).

The room was big and there was enough room for my daughter to run around

I got a suite and was expecting a jacuzzi but there wasn’t one in my room.

Convenient for layover on way to destination, but only one staircase in back of building, no elevator and other stairs not accessible. Staff was fine, but not “friendly.” Location more commercial than expected!

The property had a major renovation about a year ago. I think a new ownership group took over the property. Just about everything is new, clean and better than previous stays. A/C works great. The refrigerator is a decent size . The towels are a better quality but anyone who has long hair is is 200+ pounds needs additional towels.

The check in process was longer than it should be. The 2 people ahead of me had a reservation and wanted to add another day to their stay. After about 20 minutes they still weren't confirmed to add the extra day. The lobby is locked after 5:00 PM it gives the impression that the area isn't safe. The pool still isn't open. Now I want to point out that they don't advertise a pool but being familiar with the property from previous stays " out of season " I would have thought that in July the pool would be open. No coffee maker, just instant coffee in a package. Lastly room inspection to make sure that you haven't damaged or stolen anything Before retiring I spent about 200 nights a year on the road never had that before

Breakfast was not included. But There is a McDonald's and a diner nearby where you can have breakfast or dinner

There was a coffee set in the room, but no coffee maker or kettle for heating water.

This property charges a $100 deposit, which is okay because many hotels do so. However, this hotel is literally a 1 star hotel charging a deposit. Then if they see one little drop on the sheets whether is an accidental spill from you kid or food they don’t want to give the deposit back and they say “we have to see if we can get the stain out” when literally another guest that was with me in another room, was given a dirty room with pee all over the sheets. They then tried to hand her new sheets to change herself. They make you wait to inspect your room before you even leave. This place needs to get over themselves. You not giving no 5 star service, not even 1 star.
