TV didn't work and the hotel pool was closed. Two staircases were blocked off that I wasn't told about by the front desk. Parking was terrible

"We checked in, checked out the room, went to lunch and then checked out. Less than 3 hours later."

Nothing. We have asked for a full refund.

The room was shabby. The bathtub was dirty and old. The wallpaper was patchwork. The fixtures were ancient and barely worked. The room reeked of harsh cleaning supplies and we could not stay.
