Nice receptionist

It was in direct route to my final destination, which was convenient.

We booked in advance and there was a room available when we got there, not the room we booked though.

Was not the room we booked in advance. And took about 30-45 minutes to get checked in due to them finding an available room. Upcharged me $67 after the $100 deposit for towels that were used and “dirty” I’ve contacted the property and management 5 times with no response at all. Received a $0.01 refund. Tv was not working when we arrived and called for assistance. They told us it was “too late” maintenance closes out at 12 am we asked at 11:30 they told us they would “see what they could do” someone did come and help with the tv.

I stayed at Onley Inn while working on some outdoor work projects in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Despite being an older hotel, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and (importantly in my case) the shower provided hot water at a good pressure.

They charged me more, what I booked.

The maintenance of the room was poor

The staff was friendly. The property was needing some help. The stairs that were convenient to our room were closed down for repairs. This was a hit and run for us to stay there and then leave early in the morning to continue our trip so we didn’t have great expectations. Pretty much got what we paid for.
