Wasn’t well cleaned before we arrived Not enough towels Safe didn’t work

The apartment was clean, modern and lovely. The gas fireplace was amazing and kept us so warm, the kitchen & washing facilities were great. Helped so much being able to wash our clothes after the snow. Parking was also great. Staff lovely and so helpful in our times of need! Close to town, you’d need a car to get around if you don’t like walking up hills.

Might just be an apartment 8 issue but the foyer light is on all night and shines through the window in the second bedroom. We just put a pillow against it and it helped a lot. Staff also offered to help us. View was ok, could only see off balcony.

Everything was very good. Host was very responsive whenever I had questions. Location has a nice view. Good thing we had a car as the apartment was up on a hill. This is clearly stated so should not come as a surprise to anyone booking. The surprise will be how steep the hills are 😅

Nothing to complain about. We had a slight issue with the cooker hoods but it seemed to have resolved on its on. Host responded very quickly when I reported it

Apartment was spacious, warm and comfortable. Excellent apartment with 2 bedrooms and full kitchen.

Up on the hill so if you have a pram or the weather is bad you’ll be catching an uber in and out of town

Great location with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Was lovely and clean when we arrived. Shower pressure was amazing! Loved the gas fireplace inside and the added heaters in the rooms, although the unit was super warm and retained its heat which was a bonus on -2 degree nights!! Little extras were a nice touch such as washing powder, dishwashing powder and coffee pods - thanks!

A few minor things that did not affect our experience on the whole - The smell in the hallway stairs to our room was unpleasant (may be coming from the neighbouring unit?) and the outside deck had lots of weeds growing up through the pavers.

So spacious. Didn’t require an elevator. Lovely outlook.

Walking back from town. The uphill route was tough.
