Clean, quiet, & comfortable = lovely stay. The hosts are also wonderful & were happy to provide recommendations for activities & restaurants nearby.

We were delighted to receive an invitation for dinner with the other guests and cooked by our hosts, Andrew and Jolene. The food and company were excellent and it was exactly what we needed after a long day travelling.

A lovely quiet setting with a large cottage to enjoy. Lovely friendly hosts and a great dinner. You feel miles from anywhere but are actually only minutes from Greymouth.

No breakfast pleasant gardens though very wet

Everything was perfect. Jolene & Andrew are super hosts & gave me very useful tips for travel arround. I booked the dinner they offer & it was delightful, having a nice meal with them & some other guests. Enjoyed it a lot.

What a find! We really enjoyed our stay at Goldfield Suites and our interactions with the hosts, Jolene and Andrew. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. It was furnished and provisioned to a much higher level than one typically gets in a rental unit. For example, there was a horizontal electric fireplace and two comfy quality leather chairs in the living room. The bathroom was very well appointed. We opted for the dinner option and were really pleased with the meal and congenial conversation with the hosts and other guests in a lovely outdoor facility. The hosts also provided lots of valuable information about local attractions and facilities.
