Goldfield Suites

Wonderful place to stay while in the Greymouth area. Off the beaten path, quiet and very comfortable. Hosts Jolene and Andrew are a pleasure to deal with, full of great conversation and advice for what to do and see in the area. The hosts offered a dinner for guests that included slow cooked beef and lamb. It was delicious and a great opportunity to have great conversation and learn more about the area and the people. I highly recommend this lodging.

Quiet location nestled in nature. Comfortable bed and well appointed room. Dinner onsite.

Andrew met us and gave us all the info we needed for a great stay. The chalet was so comfortable with a secluded outside seating area. Comfortable bed, lovely bed linen and fluffy towels. All top notch! Loved the weka wandering around. The dark sky for star gazing was a real bonus. There is so much to see and do in the area + this is the perfect place to stay. A real "nugget".

So fed up we only booked 1 night.!

Lovely, secluded , nicely furnished, great bathroom . Loved sitting on the porch relaxing . Close proximity town and excellent hikes. The hickory smoked dine in is very worthwhile, delicious and fun- bring your own wine ! Our hosts Andrew and Jolene were excellent

It’s like a hidden heaven, so relaxing. Very cute room, super comfortable and with plenty of nice attention for us : great coffee, great products in the bathroom. And amazing hosts with plenty local knowledge and so happy to help!
