Gehorig, vliegtuigen kwamen laag over het hotel.

Always a grand time here with my family. Been coming here for a few years now and the friendliness of the staff does not change.

The staff were extremely kind and caring.

The hotel was close to airport

The old furniture, scratches, mildew smell, rotted walls/ baseboards, mold vents, deadbolt lock did not work in room 313. Didn’t feel safe on first floor. Only the flip latch was used to lock door. Insect and spiders were also in room.

The front desk staff was very helpful and accomodating. I arrived around 11pm and he even called a few minutes after I checked in to make sure I had gotten into my room safely as I was a woman traveling alone. The room itself was fine, although the sink was not draining properly and overall I just felt the room could have felt a little more sanitized. There was a slightly funny smell and some hair (not mine) on the bathroom floor. I had a very early flight out of SFO and again, the night manager gave me a wake up call without me having to ask because he was aware of my early flight.

A big shout out to Paul the manager on site for his attention to customer service. I would hire him away from you if I had a hotel. Thank you

The room was very clean. For not much more, I was able to give my kids their own bed.
