Nice staff and comfortable and clean

The bed was the only comfortable part of the room.

I had to move out of the first room given to me because the tv was inoperable, when I got to the second room 1 tv was inoperable the other tv was speaking in Spanish background along with english, the kitchen floor was sticky and not clean, the coffee pot was not clean and nasty looking, the utensils were filthy, the shower head was not functional and even if I wanted coffee there was no sugar or complimentary things to go with the coffee, this room needs an inspection before letting a customer use it.Very

The room was big and pretty well equipped. Dated but good enough! Bed was comfy though a bit worn on one side. Good internet. Grounds wee-kept. Front desk very friendly and check-in was easy. Ample parking. Bottom line: fine with a great rate!

Definitely dated. Lots of dings in paint. Dishes and silverware was OK but not much of it. When I arrived it was in the dishwasher but I ran it again just in case. TV noise carried between rooms/floors.

Like that it had a room that can accommodate the needs I need for my stay.

I didn’t appreciate how unprofessional they left a voicemail (while I was on a plane) and cancelled me the same day and tried to recommend a smaller room 1 bed without my approval before I even arrived. Once I arrived there, I wasn’t aware I had no room to stay until I arrived 3:30pm, (to the main entrance being locked out and found out their after hours changed and wasn’t updated in booking.com), call the after hours number to fully figure out what happened, (and that’s how I also found out the voicemail they left me and now me and my family left outside for about for almost 2 hours to figure out our next place that might have the same accommodations and the same days that I need at the last minute. I booked for two beds with living room and kitchenette, the room I really needed for my stay for a reason. Why should I be downsizing and share a bed with the other adult I had to share the same bed with me and my daughter? That’s really uncomfortable and unfair. What’s more upsetting is that we travelled from out of state just to figure out at that moment when arrived at the hotel that our reservation was cancelled that morning. Why would you tried to call the same day if you didn’t have the room I booked for? Why cancelled my reservation the same day? That is rude and very unprofessional! You left your guests from another state with No room to stay and stranded! I booked this reservation 2 weeks in advance and you should’ve done your due diligence to response a week or a few days before to let me know instead of letting me know and figuring it out last minute the day of. I will NOT recommend anyone to stay here and or do business with them in the future.

The location and staff were great, except when I asked for adjoining rooms, we were given two rooms down the hall instead.

The tub and toilet were dirty. I had to buy cleaning products to clean them and I could see the dirt being removed, the bed linen was absolutely disgusting! As I flipped the cover, there were dried blood stains and a clump of bloody tissue dried up inside of it. I had a 7 year old cancer patient with me and had to buy clean blankets for him to sleep under! I was outdone!
