Suite Rooms are nice,

Staff ignored duties like replacing coffee

Larry the desk clerk was so nice and friendly. She is an amzing staff member. And the man who was working the desk in the morning was great too. Please recognize both of them.

Couldn't stay longer

Everything looked clean Room hallways lobby dining but there was too much noise late at night and early in the morning above us out in the hall and in the rooms next to us

Location, ease the finding off the highway

I was at the same property in early December. The hotel is looking so TIRED! The bathroom floor tiles are without grout and about to come up. The floor near the dish washer is now spongy and feels like your foot will fall thru the ceiling down below. The hotel needs an overhaul!

Good location and the suite was enough room for 2 adults and 2 small children.

Ants in the food area. Food on the floor. We were on the 1st floor, and could hear every step and squeak of the beds/floor above us. The residents in that room must have been up all night, because there was noise ALL night!

That our toilet didn't work right most of the stay.

We liked that the unit smelled fresh and clean when we arrived. Linens were good quality and the furnishings were comfortable. The layout was great as we enjoyed having a door between the bedroom and and the living room. Landscaping was lush and handy for our pup to sniff around outside a bit.

Our only complaint was the sink drained really slowly and the breakfast was nothing to be excited about but at least it was better than nothing at all. Overall great pet friendly property. We will stay here again.
