we confirmed and paid for 4 room 3 months in advance. Upon arrival at the property, there there was no one at reception, when someone did came came we were told there are only 3 rooms available. We had to find alternative Accommodation . it ruined our plans for the day as we wasted so much time finding accommodation

it is a beautiful propriety located in a beautiful island Nusa Penida. Don’t expect a lot but it is the charm of the island. Rooms are exactly the same as the pictures. They have scooters for rentals on the site. Staff is very sweet. Roads are bumpy but everywhere on the island.

Start of the stay was rough because they forgot to pick us up at the ferry. After a long wait and hiking with luggage, finally picked up. Need to do a better job at holding to commitments that were arranged ahead of time. Wi-fi is good. It's just down the street from some restaurants. Really cool shower, best water flow yet. Free breakfast every morning was satisfying, not huge, but did the job. Staff was very friendly.

the staff was very helpful and there was a bit of an inconvenience with the a/c, but I think it was a problem with the electricity in the island. thwy helped us out with transportation and were very nice to us
